This was my first experience at any Bigby coffee ever. Nicole and Jackson were AMAZING! Their recommendations all taste amazing and their conversation was personable. It will be an experience i will always remember. I want to come back and see them everyday!
This place was great! I loved the customer service, and Mya was such a nice employee! We may have not gotten food but the food there is still amazing! Mya was the only one in today, and she was the speediest as ever! She was faster than two employees! I have to say this is a great place and you guys should go!
There is such a fun atmosphere here at the Lansing Eastwood Biggby! They are quite busy and so friendly to all! Anitra is so fun and has a great memory! Bella is fun loving and always has something nice to say. Leecy is a hard worker and smiles while busy with bragels. Jasmine was in to get coffee and helped when there was a crowd. This is a great Biggby!!

I stopped in earlier this evening and Bella greeted me with a smile and a kind attitude. She took her time to help me find the perfect drink for me (it’s one of my first times in biggby). I tried her special blackberry pie latte and it was AMAZING!!!!! And while she made my drink She was super fun to talk to and I will be coming back for the coffee AND BELLA!!
